Clinical Educator- Certification and Simulation

Collaborate with department directors and nursing staff to identify unit-specific educational needs and prevent redundancies in training efforts. Facilitate orientation programs for new employees and provide ongoing coaching to preceptors while assessing formal and informal educational requirements. Teach programs using adult learning principles, evaluate learning objectives, and facilitate accreditation credit submissions. Incorporate research findings into clinical practice guidelines and act as a resource for staff regarding policies, protocols, and best evidence. Participate indirectly in patient care delivery and provide clinical consultation to support high-quality care. Requires current RN license, three years of acute care experience, and PDS certification. Full-time role with tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually.
