Job Summary
Develop proficiency in Phlebology, Lymphology, and Wound Care regarding disease states, product design, and function. Travel 70% or more, including 60% of the role traveling with sales reps to field visits. Prepare weekly reports on objectives and results for senior managers via documentation platforms. Represent medi at conferences, shows, and events, while attending internal meetings and training sessions. Provide public and private educational webinars and virtual support to customers through video platforms. Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and sales collateral as requested. Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, and industry leaders. Support the Director of Sales and perform assigned administrative duties. Requires a BA/BS, three years of sales or clinical experience, and demonstrated public speaking skills.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS
- minimum of 3 years of proven industry success in sales, marketing, or clinical experience
- Proven success in training and development for revenue growth
- Demonstrated public speaking and interaction
- Demonstrated professionalism
- Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office
- Adaptability to new processes and technology
- Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Travel will be 70% or more
- Travel with reps in the field will be 60% of role
- Prepare a report on objectives and results on all field visits submitted to the appropriate senior managers or through medi field activity documentation platform by the end of the week spent within the territory
- Represent medi at conferences, shows and other events
- Attend meetings, training sessions, etc. with medi
- Provide public and private educational webinars for customers, as well as offer virtual support to customers through video meeting platforms
- Assist in developing training and sales materials, presentations, etc. as requested
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry leaders – healthcare professionals, customer/dealers, etc.
- Support the Director of Sales as needed
- Administrative duties as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of compression and experience with measuring is preferred
