Job Summary
Clinical Education Specialist responsible for designing and delivering group and one-on-one training for clinicians on proper product use and indications; manage an in-house clinic serving 10-20 patients, collect and analyze clinical data, author clinical documents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams; participate in clinical training to support sales, develop training materials, ensure regulatory compliance, and travel to customer sites and events (15-30%); required Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Massachusetts license, 3+ years clinical experience, and strong public speaking and writing skills. Travel-heavy, on-site role based in Boston Seaport with medical-device-focused education and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Active and unrestricted physical therapy license in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient/sports medicine/orthopedic rehabilitation
- Strong public speaking or group instruction experience
- Strong written communication skills translating clinical findings into professional documents
