Job Summary
Build and nurture communities centered on clinical education topics, managing frameworks and governance while curating discussion-driven content. Activate local engagement through events, meetups, and study clubs aligned with global strategy, acting as a bridge between international initiatives and market-specific needs. Establish partnerships with third-party dental organizations and drive visibility across digital platforms and local touchpoints. Track performance metrics to optimize learning impact and community health, ensuring continuous improvement in professional development delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Background in education, communications, healthcare, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, education, or engagement roles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of the dental education sector, its challenges, opportunities, and best practices
- Strong ability to translate clinical topics into engaging formats, with high attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms and live interactions
- Understanding of how to structure and scale communities through frameworks and roles
- Ability to promote and position initiatives to drive participation
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proficient communicating in English particularly in written format
- Proven project management experience
- Experience delivering or supporting educational or community-based initiatives
- Exposure to partnerships and external collaboration
- Experience working across markets
- Experience with education platforms and relationship with associations
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Superior organizational, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to monitor evolving competitor / industry developments
