Clinical Education Resource Nurse RN

Conduct onsite rounds with clinical nurses on orientation to provide education and support, ensuring safe care and easing the transition from advanced beginner to competent nurse. Collaborate with unit educators and preceptors to assess learning needs and participate in delivering new staff orientation activities covering clinical competencies, policies, and regulatory requirements. Mentor new clinical staff and evaluate their performance in collaboration with unit leadership. Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
