Clinical Education Program Consultant-Human Resources - District-PT

Design, develop, and standardize clinical competency frameworks, assessment tools, and validation criteria across the organization. Partner with clinical leaders and subject-matter experts to define performance standards, evaluator qualifications, and documentation practices while reviewing existing requirements for gaps or consolidation. Conduct research on regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and professional guidance to inform program updates. Coordinate project plans, stakeholder meetings, and implementation activities for clinical education initiatives, providing technical guidance on assessment methodology and program administration. Perform special projects consistent with the position's purpose. This role functions remotely and emphasizes continuous improvement in competency frameworks.
