Job Summary

Support Fujifilm's Endoscopy equipment during weekend hands-on courses and trainings by serving as the primary regional resource for customer education and troubleshooting. Manage onsite equipment logistics, including entering requests into the internal database, coordinating with Operations for shipments, and setting up video towers. Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain all Fujifilm endoscopy gear throughout events, then pack and transport equipment after each session. Offer regional support on proper handling, reprocessing, and functionality while identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested and share key learnings with clinical specialists.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
  • Extensive (up to 80%) travel
  • Extensive (up to 80%) travel including weekends
  • Willingness to comply with COVID-19 vaccine mandates
  • Willingness to test for the COVID-19 virus periodically
  • Willingness to wear a face covering indoors as required

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience
  • Experience providing training on technical equipment
  • Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy
