Job Summary
Design, deliver, and evaluate clinical education and workforce development programs for employees and community learners. Provide in-person classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction while developing curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, and competency tools. Coordinate instructors, adjunct faculty, preceptors, and subject matter experts to support staff onboarding, annual education, skills validation, and continuing education. Maintain training records, competency documentation, and program reports to ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency requirements. Partner with leaders to identify learning needs and strengthen clinical competency. Requires BSN, active Nebraska RN license, and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current active Registered Nurse license in Nebraska or a compact licensure state
- Three to five years of clinical nursing or direct patient care experience
- Must meet applicable requirements to teach or coordinate CNA and CMA education programs
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Experience in home health, community health, long-term care, assisted living, hospice, or related healthcare setting
- Experience teaching, training, precepting, coaching, or validating clinical competencies
- CPR/BLS instructor certification or ability to obtain within agency-defined timeframe
