Job Summary
Clinical Education Manager responsible for designing and delivering competency-based training and education programs for staff across dialysis and CKD treatment areas. Roles include new employee orientation, preceptor training, facility-specific in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer-service training to drive patient safety and quality outcomes. Requires RN licensure, 1+ year dialysis experience, and education credentials; advanced nursing degrees preferred. Travel between facilities is required; develops and maintains relationships with management, physicians, hospitals, and travel personnel; uses diverse teaching methods and technologies to promote engaging learning experiences and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence
- Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
- CDN or CNN preferred or must attain within 18 months of employment
- CPR BLS Certification (ongoing education/competencies)
