Job Summary
Deliver standardized, competency-based training programs including new employee orientation, preceptor training, and clinical quality initiatives to promote patient safety and outcomes. Develop skills to educate personnel in chronic kidney disease treatment programs while collaborating with partners to schedule, provide, and implement education technologies for new and current staff. Utilize facilitation techniques to promote immersive learning experiences and maintain open communication with internal teams, government agencies, physicians, and contracted travel personnel. Support metric and KPI programs with timely data documentation and ongoing quality improvement processes. Travel between assigned facilities and various community locations, with approximately 35-80% travel required for regional and corporate meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate RN state licensure in primary state of residence
- Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse CDN or CNN
- Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS (Basic Life Safety) Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree BSN or MSN
- Must attain RN state licensure in assigned states as directed within 18 months of employment
- Meet the practice requirements in the state of employment
