Job Summary

Clinical Education Manager (CEM) responsibilities include bringing clinical knowledge to the assigned franchise sales team, partnering with Ecosystem partners, educating customers and patients about GNE brand indications, providing training and education sessions using approved materials, contributing to marketing materials, and increasing account knowledge of the GNE brand. This field-based role covers the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area up into Oklahoma and requires significant use of a vehicle. Remote work is indicated for the role within the specified region; relocation benefits are not available. The role emphasizes clinical education, training delivery, clinical collaboration, and adherence to HIPAA and FDA requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or a Clinical degree (RN, BSN or RT, or PharmD)
  • 5+ years of field-based experience in patient services/reimbursement/pharmaceutical
  • Strong communication skills including public speaking and presentation experience
  • Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines, FDA requirements, and internal compliance guidelines
