Job Summary
Coordinate and administer clinical rotations for 3rd and 4th year medical students across AZCOM; manage paperwork, preceptor evaluations, credentialing, VSAS applications, and regulatory compliance; liaise with Department Chairs, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and the COEE to secure rotations and maintain affiliation agreements; assist with rotation scheduling, feasibility reporting, and system improvements; provide coverage and support to other Clinical Education Coordinators as needed; develop professional relationships with clinical sites and students to ensure smooth rotation experiences and credentialing processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- A one year certificate from college or technical school and/or Associate degree highly desired
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and customer service oriented environment
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
