Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, agency staff, travelers, locum providers, nursing students, and affiliated allied health programs; support LMS administration including user accounts, course assignments, enrollments, and transcript maintenance; generate LMS reports related to compliance training and education metrics; collaborate with HR, IT, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and department leaders to support education initiatives; provide basic LMS training and support to staff and managers; maintain accurate education records and departmental databases; assist in scheduling classes, orientations, and training sessions, and coordinate logistics for materials, room reservations, and audiovisual setup.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
