Job Summary
Review patient records ahead of scheduled visits to ensure completeness and accuracy. Identify and flag missing or incomplete documentation, such as medical history, test results, or referrals. Collaborate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to gather necessary information. Verify and update patient demographic, insurance, and medical information in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Assist in ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, coding guidelines, and regulatory standards. Communicate with patients as needed to obtain missing information or clarify health history. Requires Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of clinical experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Registered Nurse (RN)
- Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques
- Marijuana card is prohibited according to Act 593
- No Facial Piercing Allowed
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with familiarity in reviewing and interpreting medical records preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred
