Job Summary
Coordinate onboarding of new employees, assess training gaps, and provide direction on project requirements and expectations. Monitor client work queues, team productivity, and quality metrics to ensure adequate staffing and high-quality deliverables. Implement improvement plans or disciplinary action as needed, track performance data, and facilitate ongoing professional development. Manage staff schedules, approve timesheets and leave requests, and lead recruitment efforts to fill CDI openings. Collaborate with the Quality Team to align staffing needs with operational goals and participate in internal meetings to report staffing status. Comply with protected health information policies while supporting the team in achieving organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of outpatient CDI and/or Risk Adjustment experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing staffing operations, including resource planning, workload balancing, performance oversight, employee development, and alignment of staffing needs with client and operational goals
- Active LPN or RN license
Desired Qualifications
- CCDS, CCDS-O, CDIP, CDEO, CRC, and/or other relevant CDI, coding, or risk adjustment certifications
