Job Summary
Lead clinical and financial operations of the Oyster Bay clinic, including meeting operational performance metric goals. Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates while cultivating relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources. Develop customized plans of care based on evidence-based practices and provide timely communication with referral sources. Oversee patient and teammate schedules to ensure care completion and complete daily patient care, progress, and discharge notes. Grow the clinic through marketing efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing departments. Set and achieve professional goals and career growth.
Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist Program Graduate
- NY Physical Therapist License
- 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
- Strong leadership qualities
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications
