Job Summary
Oversee daily practice operations for Kelemen North 7, a 23-bed medical surgical/telemetry unit specializing in traumatically injured patients. Manage recruitment, retention, and adherence to policies while ensuring fiscal responsibility and supporting ongoing staff education. Direct care for stable trauma patients with brain, spinal, and orthopedic injuries, coordinating closely with respiratory therapy and surgical groups including orthopedics and neurosurgery. Requires 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership, a BSN, and current New Jersey RN licensure. Salary ranges from $52.00 to $86.00.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing
- BSN
- Current licensure as a RN in the state of New Jersey
