Job Summary
Lead the Clinical Treatment Team through daily supervision, staff meetings, and mentoring to drive professional growth. Deliver direct patient services including individual and group therapy sessions while overseeing treatment plan development, discharge summaries, and progress evaluations. Ensure facility compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards by conducting clinical chart audits, QA reports, and utilization reviews. Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to maintain integrated care and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external partners. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM in Sebring, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in addiction and/or mental health settings
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Familiarity with state regulations, patient confidentiality, and Joint Commission standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Master's Degree in Business or a related field
- Certification(s) related to addiction treatment, such as CAADC or Trauma Certification
