Job Summary
Clinical Director to lead dialysis facilities in the Seattle market and open/oversee a new clinic in Portland, OR; full-time day shift (Monday–Friday 0800–1700). Responsible for administrative functions under the CNO, overseeing quality dialysis care, supervising nurse managers, educating new clinical staff, developing cost-effective, high-quality services, budgeting, and program development; requires a BSN/BA in Nursing, active WA RN license, and 5+ years nursing/management experience in dialysis; prior experience opening a new dialysis facility desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Nursing
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Washington
- Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing, management and supervisory experience following progressive clinical responsibilities with experience in dialysis services
- Previous experience opening a new dialysis facility would be desirable
