Job Summary
Oversee all clinical teammates and programs by assuring compliance with CARF, DMHAS, and state/federal standards, while monitoring daily program flow, patient participation, and quality assurance of clinical records. Facilitate clinical meetings to address behavioral concerns and crisis intervention, providing direct observation of counseling sessions to assess skills, offer feedback, and digitally sign required documents. Deliver timely performance evaluations for staff and ensure incident reports are addressed promptly with risk assessments. Assist in maintaining census through conference presentations and referrals, while directly communicating with executive leadership to approve administrative decisions affecting clinical operations.
Required Qualifications
- NJ Independent Counseling license
- CCS
- Two (2) years of experience in substance use and/or behavioral health
- group and individual counseling experience
- treatment planning skills
- case management
- School of thought and/or theory compatible with treatment and the twelve-step Philosophy
- LCADC
- CCS
- LPC or LCSW
- LPC or LCSW with CCS
- LPC or LCSW with that board's supervisor certificate
- LCADC
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 10% to attend meetings and conferences
Desired Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience with supervision and/or management of clinical services of a substance use and/or behavioral health program
