Job Summary
Clinical Director leads the clinical integrity, safety, and sensitivity of a data collection effort measuring the effectiveness of mental health and suicide prevention services for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA). Vistra’s interviewers will frequently interact with this highly vulnerable population. The role ensures that all operational protocols, staff training modules, and crisis escalations are executed with clinical empathy and rigorous adherence to VHA standards, bridging strict survey methodology with Veteran-centric care.
Required Qualifications
