Job Summary
Provide leadership, direction, and support to clinical teams across Operating Room, PACU, and perioperative services. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement while partnering with physicians and administrative leaders to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Develop and mentor nurses through coaching and education, overseeing clinical operations to maintain compliance with AAAHC, CMS, and state regulations. Support quality improvement initiatives, resource management, and employee engagement to drive retention and professional growth. Requires current California RN license, BSN preferred, and minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in ambulatory surgery environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a supervisory or management role
- Recent and demonstrated experience in both: Operating Room (OR) nursing, Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing
- Strong understanding of surgical workflows, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience working in an ambulatory surgery center or perioperative environment strongly preferred
