Clinical Director of Admissions Acute

Direct the facility admissions activities by driving the admissions process, developing revenue-generating strategies, and implementing the business development and marketing department's strategic plan. Provide leadership to the Admissions Department, cultivate the function as an integrated team, and address quality management issues related to crisis triage, evaluation, intake, and admission. Assign scheduled evaluations and admissions based on requests and hospital census while conducting quality assurance programs. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage departmental finances and budgets, and serve as a clinical liaison with referral sources. Develop program policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve service efficiency to meet departmental goals.
