Clinical Director, OB & NICU

Direct and evaluate departmental operations including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and compliance management to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Develop and implement department goals, plans, and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements. Plan and monitor staffing activities including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives. Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets while ensuring compliance with allocated funding and coordinating internal and external audits. Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols to foster an environment encouraging professional growth. Requires Master's Degree, Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, 10 years RN experience, 5 years OB/NICU experience, and 5 years management experience. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
