Clinical Director, OB & NICU

Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with organizational objectives and ethical standards. Oversee operations including patient care delivery, service level determination, and compliance management to ensure quality and performance objectives are met. Manage staffing activities, including recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and continuing education programs. Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets to ensure operations remain within allocated funding. Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits to maintain regulatory compliance. Integrate evidence-based practices into departmental operations and clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Create an environment that promotes professional development and growth among team members. This role includes a signing bonus and partial relocation package.
