Job Summary
Oversee the planning, implementation, and clinical oversight of the Milestones Program's therapeutic services for youth ages 13-18. Provide direct supervision to program clinicians, assess new referrals, and conduct evaluations as needed. Develop individual treatment plans in collaboration with staff, families, and external providers while reviewing clinical records for quality and compliance. Deliver individual counseling, facilitate family meetings and home visits, and coordinate case conferences and treatment meetings. Lead clinical in-service training and curriculum development for therapeutic groups. Act as a liaison with psychiatrists and auxiliary service agencies. Work Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some evening coverage. This role serves alongside the Program Director within NFI Massachusetts Inc.'s non-profit human services agency.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Master's Degree in Social Work, or related field
- Independent license – LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT
- Previous experience with adolescent population and their families
- Expertise in crisis stabilization and management
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Availability for some evenings
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30-5:30p or 10:00-6:00p
