Job Summary
Clinical Director to lead day-to-day clinical operations in a senior Homecare/regulated healthcare setting. Oversees in-house clinical teams and field nurses (30–40 staff), ensures nursing assessments, documentation review, incident review, and patient follow-up are completed timely, and drives compliance, regulatory standards, and operational processes. Responsibilities include identifying operational gaps, building stronger systems, workflows, reporting structures, and accountability across departments; supporting hiring, performance management, restructurings, and team development; partnering with ownership on long-term clinical infrastructure. Ideal candidate is a seasoned healthcare operator with proven leadership in regulated healthcare environments and the ability to manage large teams under high-pressure conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Senior clinical leadership experience in regulated healthcare environments
- Strong leadership experience overseeing large clinical, nursing, or compliance-related teams
- Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, assessments, documentation standards, and operational oversight
- Ability to identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
- Strong process, systems, and accountability mindset
- Experience guiding hiring, performance management, restructuring, and team development
- Ability to lead through cleanup, restructuring, and operational improvement initiatives
- Healthcare leadership experience in Homecare, ABA, Behavioral health, Urgent care, Skilled nursing, or other regulated environments
