Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to multidisciplinary teams while establishing standards and best practices. Oversee documentation, audits, and compliance with State and County requirements, partnering with leadership on quality improvement and risk mitigation. Lead incident reviews, clinical trainings, and staff development initiatives to ensure safe, recovery-oriented service delivery. Participate in a structured on-call rotation to support program operations. Serve as the clinical authority for the Olympia Next Steps Program, coordinating with community partners and system stakeholders. Requires active Washington State Independent Behavioral Health License (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT) and minimum two years post-graduate clinical experience in inpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Social Work or related field
- Active Washington State Independent Behavioral Health License (REQUIRED)
- (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT – must be fully licensed, not associate level)
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience in inpatient mental health or behavioral health settings
- Experience working with mental health and/or substance use populations
- Strong understanding of Washington behavioral health system and compliance standards
- 100% onsite role in Olympia, WA – no remote or hybrid options
- Participation in Administrative On-Call rotation required
- May include occasional physical activity (standing, walking, light lifting)
