Job Summary
Direct and coordinate the rehabilitation program, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures and timely completion of reporting requirements. Guarantee all clients receive the full spectrum of mental health services during their length of stay and treatment based on objectives identified in their treatment plan. Provide in-service training as needed and supervise program staff. This Full-Time role offers a salary range of $124,800—$144,684.80 USD at Crestwood's American River campus. The position supports a model of care focused on personal, self-directed recovery processes and empowering individuals to develop skills to thrive.
Required Qualifications
- Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist
- Two years' experience or training in a mental health setting
- One year of experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities
