Job Summary
Clinical Director responsible for leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision of multidisciplinary teams within the PACT program; oversees clinical services and standards of care, documentation audits, and ongoing training, mentorship, and staff recruitment/onboarding across clinical staff. Supports quality improvement initiatives and maintains collaboration with community partners to deliver community-based behavioral health services to individuals with severe mental illness and co-occurring needs.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or higher degree in Social Services
- Current licensure in Washington State (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or out-of-state licensure in good standing
- One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting
- Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
- Experience with mental health and substance use populations, families, and advisory boards
- Valid and current driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance with name listed as driver
- Willingness to use personal/ company vehicle to transport clients
- Willingness to attend meetings using personal vehicle
