Job Summary
Provide clinical supervision to assigned licensed and non-licensed staff in accordance with Arizona Administrative Code, ensuring familiarity with evidence-based practices and CBI policies. Deliver required clinical trainings during new employee orientation and periodically throughout the year, collaborating with the Director of Crisis Services to develop programs that improve clinical competencies. Conduct periodic fidelity audits to verify adherence to approved evidence-based practices across all clinical programs. Perform scheduled clinical staffing and unscheduled consultations, including during on-call shifts, to offer guidance and direction while meeting contractual, state, federal, and ethical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed behavioral health professional
- Met all credentialing requirements
- In good standing with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Ability to provide clinical supervision as defined by 4 A.A.C 6
- Master's degree in field related to behavioral health
- Licensed at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychiatrist, Behavioral Health Medical practitioner, Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Substance Abuse Counselor or Registered Nurse
- 1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care related work experience
- Prior experience providing adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
- Licensure at the Associate or Independent level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as Psychologist, Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor
- Courtesy Clinical Supervisor Continuing Education Review Letter from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners current for each renewal period
- Fingerprint clearance card
- Current AZ Driving License
- Clear 39-month motor vehicle record
