Job Summary
Clinical Director to recruit and mentor a clinical pod from the ground up, owning a business-within-a-business model. Lead clinical excellence and staff development with operational support provided by the company; supervise and mentor team members, maintain a manageable personal caseload (12-22 hours), and leverage established NJ CSOC networks to ensure a steady flow of cases. Remote/home-based work option with flexible in-home leadership; enjoy uncapped growth with premium direct clinical rate, leadership pay, and additional benefits. Must hold active NJ LCSW or LPC licensure and be eligible or certified to provide clinical supervision in New Jersey; responsibilities include clinical mentorship, direct clinical impact, community engagement, and leveraging the organization’s billing, credentialing, insurance audits, payroll, and HIPAA-compliant EHR systems.
