Job Summary
Clinical Director overseeing programmatic service delivery in partnership with the Program Director with emphasis on Behavioral Health Services; supervises clinical and social service staff, ensures supervision of Client Care Coordinators and Case Managers, promotes evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing; leads staff training and program development, monitors compliance with OTDA/DHS/Win standards, and coordinates community linkages and referrals to support shelter residents’ housing stability and client care.
Required Qualifications
- Current NYS LCSW or LMHC license
- three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience facilitating groups and developing curricula
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance abuse, preferably with homeless families
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
