Job Summary
Clinical Director overseeing behavioral health services and program design in Transitional Housing, supervising a multi-disciplinary team of Social Service Supervisors, Case Managers, and Client Care Coordinators; providing clinical supervision, staff coaching and development; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (OTDA, DHS) and contract standards; promoting Evidence Based Practices (EBP), Trauma Informed Care (TIC), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Critical Time Intervention (CTI); coordinating linkages with community agencies, conducting audits, and supporting client care and safety decisions to help clients achieve permanent housing.
Required Qualifications
- Current NYS LCSW or LMHC license
- three (3) years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated experience facilitating groups and developing curricula
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with mental illness and substance abuse, preferably with homeless families
