Job Summary
Lead multidisciplinary teams and programs under direct supervision of the Administrator, providing clinical supervision, coordination, and leadership while assisting with quality improvement duties. Participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible to monitor communications and respond to work-related needs per operational protocols. Maintain current certifications in CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute, and First Aid, and ensure all regulatory clearances, including background checks and tuberculosis testing, are completed. This mid-level management role at Heritage Psychiatric Health Facility requires a Master's degree and active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with a preference for one year of leadership experience in an inpatient or locked setting. Full-time hours include Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with onsite location.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or higher degree in Social Services
- Current licensure/registration in the state of program operation (except for out-of-state applicants with existing licensure in good standing) as LCSW, LMFT, LMFT, Ph.D./Psy.D.
- One (1) year in leadership role in an inpatient setting and experience in a locked setting is preferred
- Three years of postgraduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting
- The clinical director can be an M.D or D.O., who directs the clinical program and provides general direction of the professional and nonprofessional staff and be responsible for the quality of the clinical services provided in the facility, in conjunction with the Administrator
- Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
- All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification
- If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle to attend meetings, etc.
- Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe
- Rotations are scheduled in advance
- While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols
