Job Summary
Clinical Director in an executive leadership role serving as the organization’s chief clinical authority across behavioral health programs. Responsible for establishing and maintaining clinical standards, evidence-based practices, trauma-informed and recovery-oriented care, supervision structures, workforce development, regulatory readiness (Joint Commission, Illinois Rule 132, Medicaid/Medicare, SUPR, CCBHC), and alignment of clinical strategies with organizational goals. Leads organization-wide quality improvement, clinical risk management, and integration of care across service lines, while providing clinical consultation and mentoring to clinicians and leaders and collaborating with medical partners on psychiatric and medication management services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health-related field required
- Illinois independent clinical licensure required (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
- Minimum seven years of progressive clinical leadership experience
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience
