Job Summary
Conduct daily clinical operations within assisted living communities while completing hands-on training in resident care management, regulatory compliance, and leadership development. Collaborate with experienced leaders to build teams, resolve conflicts, and support staff growth through coaching and evaluation. Assist with hiring, training, and assessing employees to ensure exceptional resident and customer service standards. This role requires a current LPN, LVN, or RN license, one year of senior living experience, and strong decision-making skills. Through mentorship and real-world exposure, you will develop the expertise needed to transition into a full Clinical Director position.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare
