Job Summary
Conduct daily clinical functions within assisted living while completing training in resident care management, regulatory compliance, and community operations. Work closely with experienced leaders to develop skills in team building, leadership, and critical decision-making. Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating staff to support the transition into a full Clinical Director role. This opportunity provides hands-on mentorship and real-world experience to grow into a leadership position within Pinnacle Senior Living's senior living communities.
Required Qualifications

- Experience interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff
- Current and unrestricted LPN, LVN, or RN license in the state of practice
- Current certifications and licensure required by state regulations
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or healthcare

- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
