Job Summary
Clinical Director oversees the ICSS department, coordinating operations and staff across programs such as 24-hour Mobile Crisis response, 24-hour Crisis Receiving Center, Peer Outreach, mobile harm reduction, civil commitment and related services. The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with 5+ years of behavioral health experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, capable of ensuring safety, compliance, and satisfaction for clients, staff, and stakeholders in a fast-paced community setting. The role includes leadership in program delivery, clinical judgment, collaboration with contracted programs, and commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required
- LCSW or LPC licensure preferred
- Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required
- Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered
