Job Summary
Oversee all clinical operations and ensure top-tier patient care while leading, mentoring, and developing nursing and clinical staff. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards and partner with physicians and care teams to improve outcomes. Drive quality, performance, and operational improvements across home health and hospice services. This full-time role requires an RN with a valid Compact license for Kansas and Missouri, located in Kansas City with an office in Overland Park and Independence.
Required Qualifications
- RN in Missouri and Kansas (Compact okay)
- Proven leadership experience in Home Health or Hospice
