Job Summary
Oversee assessment, development, and implementation of Individual Service Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans for residents in the Lakeside Adult Residential Program. Provide ongoing leadership, training, and guidance to staff on ISP processes, ensure timeliness of documentation and program reports, and manage direct reports through performance evaluations and improvement plans. Coordinate behavioral services, monitor clinical resource availability, and facilitate staff meetings and external conferences to promote information sharing. Serve as a primary clinical resource for person-centered planning and act as QMRP if needed, managing emergency restraint data and database entries. Ensure on-call and rotational support for the 24-hour/7-day operation while maintaining professional supervision of all assigned areas.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- PhD in a related discipline
- BCBA Certification
- NJ License
- Prior experience in functional assessment and treatment development
- Minimum of two years of prior supervisory experience
- Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form
- Effective and proven leadership and management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Basic math skills
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong desire to work with neurologically-challenged individuals
- Ability to implement crisis intervention techniques
- Operative knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel spreadsheets
- Attainment of CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention and Intervention, and Medication certification within first 90 days of employment
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for 24 hour/7 day a week program support
