Job Summary
Clinical Director role leading outpatient behavioral health services in Vancouver, WA. Senior clinical leader partnering with executive leadership to support clinicians, strengthen operations, and guide growth. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, supervision and mentorship of clinicians and staff, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, reviewing documentation and treatment standards for compliance, developing policies and quality initiatives, handling complex cases and crises, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture, identifying opportunities to improve clinical and operational processes, supporting hiring and onboarding, aiding program expansion, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with operations and admin leadership to enhance patient and team experience. Requires Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field and active Washington licensure, 7+ years of clinical experience, and prior leadership or program management experience. Strong skills in communication, leadership, EHR usage, and implementing clinical best practices; salary is competitive with incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Active Washington State licensure as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
- 7+ years of clinical experience within behavioral health or outpatient mental health settings
