Job Summary
Clinical Director responsible for leadership, clinical supervision, and day-to-day operation of the Wraparound program. Oversees caseload management to meet contractual requirements, ensures fidelity to the wraparound model, drives quality assurance and compliance, and collaborates with Finance, Provider Relations, IT, and staff development. Leads supervision of Wraparound Supervisors, supports program staff, and serves as a liaison with funders and community partners. Requires master’s degree, licensure preference, 5+ years of supervisory/clinical experience, strong communication and diverse-populations competency, and CANS certification within 45 days of hire. Hybrid remote in Lake Charles, LA, with on-site and community-facing duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services field
- Current state licensure as Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Mental Health Counselor, or eligibility to license
- Minimum of five years of clinical and/or supervisory experience in community-based behavioral health with children/families
- Significant supervisory experience
- CANS certification within 45 days of hire and maintained thereafter
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
