Job Summary
Clinical Director leading a residential youth behavioral health program in Kissimmee. Responsible for supervising master’s-level clinical staff, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices, organizing and overseeing multidisciplinary treatment teams, and providing diagnostic evaluation and crisis intervention as needed. Oversees clinical documentation and treatment planning to meet state, COA, and contractual requirements; participates in local management, quality improvement activities, and acts as Designated Mental Health Authority where required. Requires active Florida licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist) and a Master’s degree, with minimum two years of direct-care clinical experience and supervisory exposure; may require on-call duty and occasional irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist in Florida
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, or related human services field
- Minimum two years of direct-care clinical experience, with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Willingness to work with youth in challenging situations
