Job Summary
Own the overall quality of clinical care across the Wisconsin market by auditing direct reports' charts, overseeing manager evaluations, and delivering evidence-based interventions including CBT, ERP, and DBT for youth facing anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. Partner cross-functionally with national leaders on metrics defining clinic health, operational P&L, and utilization, while designing peer consultation groups and conducting root cause analysis for model fixes. Hire, develop, and supervise managers, therapists, and psychologists to carry market growth, ensuring every hire meets clinical and cultural standards through biweekly 1:1s and formal performance processes. Lead community engagement efforts with hospitals, pediatricians, and schools to build relationships and oversee outreach staff. Operate at the senior table in partnership with the market GM, reporting on clinician metrics and holding teams compassionately accountable to performance expectations. Maintain a limited caseload not exceeding 60% of time, shrinking as the market grows.
Required Qualifications
- A PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field
- An active psychologist license
- Particular expertise in child and adolescent behavioral health evaluation, testing, and intervention
- Experience leading clinical programs
- Experience serving as an Executive Director, Market Clinic Director, Program Director, or in an equivalent role
- Experience building and leading programs of care and training teams of providers
- Experience providing clinical supervision to associate level or post doctoral clinicians
- Deep knowledge of the local, state, and federal regulations that govern this market
- Experience building teams and systems from the ground up in a startup or high growth environment
- Strong analytical skills

- Residence within a daily commutable distance to Milwaukee, WI
- Availability for an in-clinic presence in Milwaukee 3–4 days per week early on
- Availability for up to 20% travel to other locations across the state
- Availability for shifts ranging between 9am–5pm, 10am–6pm, 11am–7pm, and occasional Saturdays
