Job Summary

Provide strategic clinical leadership and oversight for outpatient mental health, substance use disorder, school-based, and correctional programs. Lead, mentor, and support clinical supervisors and multidisciplinary teams while developing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based clinical practices and policies. Ensure continuity of services, operational excellence, and appropriate staffing across all assigned programs. Monitor clinical quality, documentation, productivity, and key performance indicators to drive positive client outcomes. Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with CARF accreditation standards, Ohio Department of Behavioral Health requirements, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2. Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners to promote coordinated care. Represent BHP in leadership meetings and strategic initiatives supporting the organization's mission and growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
  • Independent Ohio behavioral health license (LISW-S, LPCC-S, or equivalent)
  • Valid Ohio driver's license
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible behavioral healthcare leadership experience
