Job Summary
Lead weekly supervision-for-supervisors meetings to monitor clinical quality care and service delivery across the designated region. Oversee monthly chart auditing and quality scorecard systems while facilitating clinical training and reviewing course assignments for alignment with state regulations and payor preferences. Support program responses to audit findings through action planning, training, and follow-up to resolve documentation deficiencies. Proactively identify gaps and risks in clinical services, report trends to leadership, and recommend continuous quality improvement opportunities. Coordinate service expansion initiatives to standardize best practices while working closely with Regional Directors. Provide support, training, and education to center clinical teams to improve quality of care.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LPC, or LAC licensure
- Master's degree
- Five years' experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance
- Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing
- Ability to manage workload and mentor staff effectively
- Travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings
- Effective communication via phone, virtual meetings, and in-person
