Job Summary
Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors while overseeing client experience from intake through ongoing care. Conduct and review functional behavior assessments, ensure high clinical standards through QA activities, and monitor treatment planning and progress. Maintain up to 25 billable hours/week providing QA oversight and clinical support without a direct caseload. Develop individualized training plans, lead onboarding for new clinicians, and support performance evaluations for BCBAs and Program Supervisors. Collaborate with Operations Managers to assign caseloads and lead BCBA and Program Supervisor hiring efforts. Contribute to the organization's strategic growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A completed Master's or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders)
- Ability to oversee the client experience from intake through ongoing care
- Ability to conduct and review functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Ability to ensure high clinical standards through QA activities and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to monitor and guide treatment planning and progress
- Ability to maintain up to 25 billable hours/week providing QA oversight and clinical support to BCBAs, without carrying a direct caseload
- Ability to develop individualized training plans and lead onboarding for new clinicians
- Ability to support and evaluate BCBA and Program Supervisor performance
- Ability to collaborate with Operations Managers to strategically assign caseloads
- Ability to lead BCBA and PS hiring efforts at your center
- Ability to contribute to the organization's strategic growth initiatives
- Location: Omaha, NE (68130)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Setting: In-person, Center-based ABA
- 2 WFH days per week
- Involvement in innovative research initiatives and academic collaborations, including work with UCLA
