Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure quality-based services, including reviewing, supervising, and providing feedback on all clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, assessments, and session notes. Provide team-member and regulatory supervision, training, and support while coaching and mentoring BCBAs and RBTs in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Establish a culture of accountability to ensure clinic success by running clinical meetings, relaying company information, and maintaining regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and labor laws. Participate in the yearly budgeting process, conduct monthly P&L reviews, and proactively monitor financial progress to meet budget goals and team utilization targets. No caseload when clinic is operational with a full BCBA team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Master's Degree in ABA or a related field
- BCBA Certification
- state license (if applicable)
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Previous medical billing and EMR experience
