Job Summary
Clinical Director role leading the clinical heartbeat at Bierman Autism Centers. Drive clinical quality, mentor and grow BCBAs, oversee tours, assessments, and onboarding for new learners (children ages 2–9), and use clinical outcome metrics to guide progress while fostering a collaborative, research-driven culture. Responsibilities include case reviews, real-time problem solving, mentoring staff, developing staff at all levels, guiding families through onboarding, and partnering with the Practice Manager to maintain a positive, team-first center culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Demonstrated skills and experience in setting up and directing programs for children with autism
- Experience overseeing and training other BCBAs
- Are you able to lift, transport, and chase clients (minimum of 30 pounds) as needed
